Normally I have found amazon.co.uk to be reliable with good customer service. Except this Christmas, during which they and their choice in couriers sucked on many levels.
Sadly amazon owns amazonsucks.com
Although amazonsucks.co is available to the so inclined…
I realise the weather is terrible. No one can help that. But you should not make promises of delivery when you cant, you know, deliver.
Or give your customers the chance of cancelling Christmas orders which stand no chance of reaching their destination before Christmas.
